Bishop Deborah Macfoy Akachukwu – PhD, before now is a servant of God called into the prophetic ministry and anointed to raise God’s End Time Army. She carries unusual fiery unction for Deliverance, Revival, Restoration, and Healing of lives and territories. She has a bachelor’s degree in vocational agriculture education, a postgraduate diploma in computer science, and a postgraduate diploma in management. She also has an MBA in Management and, M.sc. and Doctorate in Marketing.

Dr. Deborah is the founder and chief Executive of the following establishments: Century 21 Furniture Company, Nourisher Fast Food, and International Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies. She gave up these organizations in answer to the call into ministry and for the whole pursuit of the cause of the gospel. She is the founder of WIN AFRICA TV, Revival Institute, Revival War Command, the Revival Army (which comprises the Deborah Company, Elders at the Gate, Flame Keepers, Issachar Mandate, Anna’s and Company, and the WIN BIBLE CLUB. She is the founder of Issachar Mandate and Anna’s Company. 

She is the founder of Elim Revival Bible Study and Healing School, where believers are trained and equipped for kingdom service through intensive Bible study and prayer. She mentors over 4,000 youths and children annually, equipping them for godly leadership and purpose-driven living. 

She is the Vision Bearer of the Revival City International Christian Retreat and Conference Center, located at Iva Valley Road, Enugu State, Nigeria. The center welcomes over 20,000 monthly visitors for personal and corporate retreats. Set by God as an intercessor at the East Gate of Nigeria, Bishop Deborah is deeply committed to igniting revival across lives, cities, and nations. Her life is marked by fervent teaching, intercession, and radical outreach.

She was ordained an apostle and consecrated into the Calvary Grace Int’l College of Bishops. 

She is happily married to Dr. Tony Akachukwu, and they are blessed with lovely children.
