She is the founder of the People of Influence Network, a multi-national spiritual movement with over eight ministry expressions in 12 Countries; UK, France, USA, Canada, Jamaica, Guyana, Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, Kenya and Uganda; the expressions include Prayer Rain, The Mantle of Deborah, Children of Influence, Influence Academy, This is Jacob, Wholeness Center, Prisons Ministry and the NGO Deborah's Impact Project Africa(DIPA). Through these platforms, she equips believers for practical and prophetic impact across generations and nations.

As the founder of the Isi Benedicta Institute, she has trained hundreds of leaders across Africa, Europe, and North America through courses like The Shift, Awaken to your Purpose and The Academy of the Builders, emphasizing integrity-driven leadership and spiritual depth.

In the marketplace, Isi serves as Director of Strategy at Strom Global Services, an engineering and energy company with operations across Nigeria, Canada, and the U.S. She also drives strategic growth at METSCO Africa, advancing energy infrastructure and sustainable development across the continent.

Her NGO initiative, Deborah's Impact Projects Africa (DIPA), uplifts African women socially and economically through programs in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa. Under the Mantle of Deborah, she has reached over 10,000 women across 8+ nations with transformative training and Empowerment. 

In 2024, she led the intercontinental mobilization of over 33 African nations and 6 additional countries under Lou Engle's "A Million Women" intercession initiative; earning global recognition as the movement's most effective mobilizer.

Through the One Africa Initiative, she partners with leaders across government, education, and the private sector to implement a prophetic blueprint for Africa's rebirth; building systems for economic empowerment, governance reform, cultural preservation, and spiritual reawakening.
