As CEO of Cyrus & Arrows and Senior Faculty at the Institute for National Transformation, Olumide has led and co-led consulting, training, mentorship, and coaching initiatives across Africa, the Caribbean, and North America. As a Lead Pastor, he led a team to build a thriving community of transformational leaders and established a foundation, further showcasing his commitment to societal transformation.

A lifelong learner, Olumide holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, a bachelor’s degree in economics from now Obafemi Awolowo University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a Certified Tax Practitioner, Certified Mediator, a Family Life Practitioner and in 2025 concluded studies in Politics, Public Policy and Governance.
