
Okey is the Chairman of African Capital Alliance (ACA), a leading independent investment management firm sponsoring funds and managing investments across a variety of sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. He served as the Federal Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment in Nigeria from November 2015 – May 2019. Prior to his appointment to government, he worked as the CEO of ACA. Dr. Enelamah’s previous private equity experience was gained from Zephyr Management L.P. and Capital Zephyr Limited in New York and Johannesburg.
Prior to his career in private equity, he worked for Arthur Andersen in Nigeria and London, and Goldman Sachs in New York and London. After first qualifying as a medical doctor, Dr. Enelamah transitioned to a business career and qualified as a chartered accountant in Nigeria. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Dr. Enelamah is married with five children and he is an ordained Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, mentoring, reading, and exercising.
