Dr. Ngozi Victoria Enelamah

Dr. Ngozi Victoria Enelamah is pastor, interdisciplinary educator, and researcher whose heart's hunger and mission is to help others fulfill their purpose in God, and assist them to be the best they can be.

Dr. Enelamah is an institutional capacity-building and health systems strengthening expert focusing on adolescent, maternal and child health. She is the founder of Synaptogen Africa Consulting and Reach Young People Development Africa Foundation (RYPE Africa), a nonprofit that implements programs to reach, restore, and facilitate the development of children, youth, and families towards personal and national transformation.

A university professor, Dr. Enelamah’s research and interventions use quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and community-based participatory approaches to investigate health disparities among children and youth of sub-Saharan African origin, including immigrant and refugee families.

Dr. Enelamah directs the PIRCAR lab at her college where they work to promote and integrate mental and behavioral health into allied services. She leads several initiatives that support the KARM mission and ministries. Her passion for seeing successful marriages led to the founding of the Institute for Success in Marriage programs, which hosts the MarriageWorks and LoveWorks sessions for married and single people. A trainer and conference speaker, Dr. Enelamah is the author of several peer-reviewed articles, including her book, ‘How to find the love of your life.’ 

Dr. Enelamah earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from the University of Lagos, a masters in international education policy from Harvard University, and a masters and PhD in social work from Boston College, U.S.A.

Dr. Enelamah is a multitalented and homemaker extraordinaire. She has been married to the love of her life, Apostle John Enelamah for over a quarter of a century. Their marriage is blessed with three children.
